Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required

Size Exchange:
If the size does not fit, we offer one-time size exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items:
- Worn or used shoes
- Items damaged by misuse

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
